If you vote on the above poll, could you please nominate your player name down here and also the vote you cast. I'd like to know what each of you think, but I can't do that if I don't have a name to match to the vote. Thanks, guys.
Off for me (N3urot3ch)
i appreciate most people don't try and crash
however some (even good players) consider crashing into someone a valid way to pass them.
Others crash due to network lag (apparently)

I'm voting for on for several reasons.
Firstly, in actual racing you cant just turn collisions off. its a fact of the sport so if you want to play the game you should play it properly.
Secondly (nightshad) "I found that with collisions on it was no longer about good racing. More like dodgems..." it shows good racing if you can avoid the collisions. you should be able to navigate so that you dont put yourself into the position allowing yourself to be hit.
thirdly (n3uro) "some consider crashing into someone a valid way to pass them". colliding can be used as a game tactic, so deal with it. especially since not everyone can devote as much time to this game to be able to do it blindfolded. its like saying "no snipers in farcry" it may not by a tactic you use (or know how to use), it may not seem fair and it may be cheap at times but its part of the game.

I found that with collisions on it was no longer about good racing. More like dodgems at a carnival.
